Seller levels

Close deals and keep a good rating to level up

Your level sets how many active listings you can have. It goes up as you close verified deals and keep a good rating, and you can see where you stand in the app, under Profile, "My seller level". See also seller protection.

Level 0 — Nuevo

How to reach it

• Every new seller starts here.

Limits

• Active listings: 30
• Active sealed products: 5

Level 1 — Vendedor

How to reach it

• At least 5 verified deals in the last 90 days.

Limits

• Active listings: 100
• Active sealed products: 15

Level 2 — Verificado

How to reach it

• At least 20 verified deals in the last 90 days.
• An average rating of at least 4.5.

Limits

• Active listings: unlimited
• Active sealed products: 50

Level 3 — Top

How to reach it

• At least 50 verified deals in the last 90 days.
• An average rating of at least 4.7.

Limits

• Active listings: unlimited
• Active sealed products: unlimited

Good to know

• If a large share of your recent deals end up cancelled or in a dispute, your level can drop for a while until your record recovers.
• Pro sellers have no listing limits, whatever their level.
