How Super Cartas works

Your guide to buying, selling and collecting cards in Mexico

For buyers

  1. Find the card. Search by name, set or game in the catalog, or browse the active listings. Prices are in Mexican pesos unless the listing shows another currency.
  2. Tap "Me interesa" (I'm interested) or bid. On a fixed-price listing, "Me interesa" opens a deal with the seller. On an auction, place your bid: bids are binding.
  3. Agree in the chat. Every deal has its own chat with the seller to confirm the card's condition, the payment and where to meet.
  4. Meet and close. Go to a safe meeting point (SafeSpot), check the card in person and pay there. After the deal is closed, leave a review.

For sellers

  1. List it. Pick the card from the catalog, set its condition using the condition guide and the price, and upload real photos of your copy (up to 10).
  2. Get interest. When someone taps "Me interesa" or bids come in, we send you a notification and the deal chat opens.
  3. Accept and schedule. Accept the deal and agree with the buyer on a day, a time and a SafeSpot.
  4. Hand over and get paid. You hand over the card in person and get paid directly. When the deal closes, both of you can leave a review that builds your reputation.

How payment works

Super Cartas connects buyers and sellers, but it does not process, hold or intermediate payment for sales between users. You agree on payment and make it directly with each other: cash at the meetup or an SPEI bank transfer, whatever you settle on. We recommend paying at the meetup, after checking the card.

Where and how it is handed over

Deals are closed in person at a safe meeting point (SafeSpot). There is no cart and no purchase orders: each deal is between two people and one or more specific cards. If you need shipping, agree on it in the chat before paying and read the tips on the buyer protection page.

Listing types

  • Fixed price (sale). The seller lists the card with a price and commits to honor it.
  • Auction. The highest bid at the close wins; if there is a reserve price and it is not met, there is no sale.
  • Wanted. A buyer posts the card they want and the price they would pay; whoever has it can answer with "La tengo" (I have it).

Reputation

Every profile shows the reviews it has received. Check them before closing a deal and, when you are done, leave yours: it is what keeps the community trustworthy.
